* Claims mailed and postmarked more than 60 days after the covered incident will not be covered. Under state law, Illinois and Wisconsin
members are permitted to submit claims as soon as reasonably possible but not later than one year plus the 60 day period permitted above provided
that benefits may be reduced or eliminated if National General Motor Club will have been prejudiced thereby and it was reasonably possible for
the member to meet the 60 day limit.
